Gunnar Tolverud spent eight years roofing pole barns and machine sheds east of the Hills before putting his first standing seam roof on a Hill City house. Tolverud Metal Roofing has been metal-only since 2011.

Written estimate
Within three business days, you get a clear estimate, including both panel types when both fit.
Color selection
Use the shop sample wall or borrow 12-inch panels for a week.
Build day
Panels are rolled to length on site, then we tear off or strap, underlay, panel, and trim.
Final walk-through
We magnet-sweep the yard and leave you photos of every edge and pipe.
Warranties in writing.
Standing seam comes with a 20-year workmanship warranty. Exposed fastener comes with a 10-year workmanship warranty. Every house gets Class 4 impact-rated panels.
City of Rapid City licensed contractor. South Dakota contractor’s excise tax license. Fully insured with $2,000,000 general liability and workers’ compensation for every crew member.
